We can be our own worst critics!

We criticize ourselves harsher than anyone else sometimes. Its this cycle of not believing that we are measuring up… which is NUTS if you think about it because who are we trying to measure up to?

Its an impossible task really. How dare we criticize Gods beautiful creation!

One of my coaches once said that
we are stars…but a star that implodes on itself is a Black Hole.

I know especially right now we feel the
darkness but this is not time to give up! That flame 🔥 inside you no matter how small is there in your living and breathing body. Fan that flame until you are glowing and beaming with light.

Is it 100% true that you SUCK AT EVERYTHING OR YOU WILL
NEVER__________fill in the blank.

No beautiful. Take those Negative Unhealthy Thoughts and replace them with what is. You are doing your best for that moment.
Plug into your source. Plug into Jesus, your connection to Almighty God. He is that power source to light you up.
